June 8, 2023 Updated Road Paving Schedule

Here is an updated June 2023 road paving schedule (PDF). Streets listed as phase 2 will not be scheduled for paving until all of phase 2 has had gas line improvements installed.  At that time, we will speak with PSEG to determine which streets they will be responsible for paving curb to curb and which ones the borough will pave.

In general, the ground needs to settle for 50-60 days before the roads can begin to be restored.  This allows time for settling of the pipes and fill in the trenches to alleviate any cracking of the new pavement.  If your street has had it’s gas main replaced, but isn’t on this list, paving will be scheduled at a later date.
