Governor Murphy has signed Executive Order No. 340, ordering the flag of the United States of America and the flag of the State of New Jersey shall be flown at half-staff at all State departments, offices, agencies, instrumentalities, and all public buildings during appropriate hours on Monday, September 11, 2023, in recognition and in mourning of the victims of the attacks of September 11, 2001, including those from our home State.
