The Planning and Development Department promotes and protects the well-being and quality of life for residents, property owners, and businesses in New Providence. The Department is responsible for planning and implementing the community's vision and goals identified in the Master Plan.
We accomplish our mission by ensuring high-quality development and promoting the maintenance of existing neighborhoods and commercial properties. We oversee both the Building Department and the Engineering Department.
