New Providence was recently the filming location for an upcoming new series on Netflix.  It was also the setting and filming location for the 2011 movie Win Win, an American sports comedy-drama film written, directed, and co-produced by Tom McCarthy from a story by McCarthy and Joe Tiboni. It stared Paul Giamatti, with Alex Shaffer, Amy Ryan, Bobby Cannavale, Jeffrey Tambor, Burt Young, Melanie Lynskey, and Margo Martindale appearing in supporting roles.

Film Ready NJ is always looking for a wide array of residential and commercial properties that might attract a producer's attention - from warehouses to condos, neighborhood eateries to historic landmarks, newly built homes to rustic farmhouses - all properties are valuable in attracting production to our town. If you own or manage a residential or commercial property that you would like to have listed with the film office, complete the application and upload your images (in JPEG format). Submitting a property is easy to do - and it's free! Once reviewed and approved, your photos will be added to the library, and will be available for viewing by location professionals worldwide seeking sites for their projects. You will be contacted by the film office if a production company is interested in using your property.
