Operation Blue Angel and Operation Blue Guardian are two programs designed to assist officers in gaining entry into residences during an emergency and involve the installation of a lockbox at the residence. This program assists officers in gaining entry into residence when time is of the essence.
Operation Blue Angel is a program focused on those over the age of 55 who may live alone or are alone on a frequent basis. It is directed at those who may be in advanced age, have difficulty with mobility, or have medical concerns that may make it difficult for them to answer their door during an emergency. To register for the Operation Blue Angel program, please complete the application and waiver forms listed below.

Operation Blue Guardian is a program focused on those, regardless of age, who have been diagnosed with a developmental, cognitive, or physical disability that is potentially incapacitating and may make it difficult for them to answer their door during an emergency.
